- Greeter must be alert at the entrance, with standard sentence and smile, eye contact, Greet the guest….

- Take order from the right hand side and ladies first and clockwise.
- Take food order guest is ready, within 3 minutes if possible.
- Repeat the order to ensure that it is correct understood by using the seat number system.
